An honest price for block paving in Richmond needs me to see the job first. I won't put a guessed figure on a page, but once I've looked I can give you a proper quote.
The quickest way to get that quote is a few photos of your frontage, taken from the road and from the front door. Then tell me the look you're after. The picture here is a generated illustration, not one of my jobs. It has charcoal blocks in herringbone, framed by a light grey row and a dark outer edge. If that's close to what you want, say so and I'll price that pattern and border for your drive.
If you're not set on blocks, tell me that too. I also lay tarmac, resin bound gravel and pattern concrete. I can price your drive in more than one, so you can compare. If the path to the door or the patio needs doing as well, I'll quote it all together.
