Built to last. Built to impress.

“I would highly recommend M & R Paving. They provided an excellent service, offering helpful advice and taking the time to explain the best options for my driveway and garden. They also corrected mistakes left by previous contractors, and I really appreciated their care and attention to detail. As well as doing a wonderful job on the driveway, they enhanced the garden with porcelain tiles and laid new turf, transforming an uninviting space into a lovely garden that we can now enjoy. Once the work was completed, they left the site spotless. After seven months of difficulties with previous builders, it was such a relief to see the work completed to a high standard. I’m delighted with the results. Thank you for all your hard work!”

“Mark and his team did a fantastic job with my patio. From initial assessment, quote to delivery and completion. Mark was helpful providing insight, recommendations and advice which helped a lot. The team were on time every day and worked hard, they were friendly and polite to me and my neighbours. The job wrapped up in 4 days, and the finished product was brilliant, I'm really happy with it. I have plans for a pergola and shed, and Mark's been offering some suggestions in that area aswell. I've recommended Mark to my brother for a front garden wall build, and will certainly use him again for any other work in the future. Thanks.”

“M&R Property & Paving Services refurbished our much neglected garden to a very high standard. Originally brought in to replace two fences, we were offered a proposal for full refurbishment, which we accepted. Punctual and hard working, the team simply got on with the job and delivered high quality, professional results at, what we feel was a reasonable price. As with any project, a few curve balls appeared, which were circumnavigated satisfactorily. We are delighted with the end result and our unruly garden has been tranformed into a true asset for both us and the property.”

“Fantastic job by lovely guys. They worked really hard and were great to deal with. No hesitation in recommending them!”

“Great, honest service. Have used M&R’s services three times now, for replacing gutters/facias, waterproofing and retiling part of our roof and paving/tiling of exterior stairs and pathways. They completed all work to a high standard and quality, ensuring customer satisfaction each time before leaving. Will definitely be using their services in future. Highly recommend.”

“Our garden was completely transformed in just a week! The patio looks amazing, with excellent attention to detail throughout, and it has exceeded our expectations. On day one of the patio build, we asked if it would also be possible to level the grass, re-turf and put in some raised beds with railway sleepers- this was not an issue at all, and we now have a lovely, beautifully green lawn (the greenest grass in Surrey at the moment!). Three weeks on, with regular watering (which you’re allowed to do with new turf even during a hosepipe ban), the quality of the turf is fantastic and it’s looking better every day. Everyone was extremely professional, friendly and polite, and they really went the extra mile for us. We’re over the moon with the results and would happily recommend them to family and friends. In fact some of our family have already booked them in! Could not recommend M&R more highly.”

“Had great service from mark and team. Drive way looks lovely for my new van. Would recommend and highly suggest calling for expert advise”

During the installation Dan and his team were very punctual, kept us informed on what they were doing and very hardworking, especially considering the extreme heat that they had to work in. At the end of each day they made sure everywhere was left clean and tidy. Since completion we have had many compliments on our new patio and we have no hesitation in recommending M&R Property Services.”
